This project had 2 phases.  First we updated all the windows to triple glazed European tilt and turn and re-imagined the front facade and garden. 

 

The owners wanted to update their front garden to reflect their modern taste.  Taking queues from the existing Bauhaus front door, a modern box bay window clad in Parklex was conceived.  Cedar strip walls enclose the front garden providing a more eventful entry.

Next we created 3 custom bathrooms and made the ground floor continuous oak.  A beautiful glass railing connects all three floors.
