This two stage renovation included a rear addition and updated interior on the first and second floors, followed by a basement renovation.

In the first stage the home was redesigned to have a cleaner look, with a sunken dining room and powder room added at the back of the main floor.

An industrial steel beam allowed for an open concept living space throughout the first level.

The second stage of the renovation was to create livable space in the basement including a spacious laundry room with a bicycle/dog shower,  a powder room, mixed use space and storage with extra shoe storage space with created in the stairs.

The mechanical room is hidden behind 8' tall bifolding doors that allow for easy access and a larger open area in the basement.
