Part of a two stage renovation, the basement was refinished including new stairs, a wine cellar, media room, full bathroom as well as a workout room.

On the main floor of the house the kitchen was redone to create an open floor plan. 17' wide bi-folding doors open the kitchen to the newly landscaped backyard.

An addition was created to square off the back of the house, adding more space to the master bedroom for storage and an en-suite.
